I have a discount gift from midway for my birthday.

I am looking at the combo mold, .490/320 real, 2 cavity real, 2 cavity roundball, or an 2 cavity 45cal real.

how there min order works, I have to get more than one thing.

Default RE: what is better

I wasn't aware that Midway had a minimum order, I have the 320g double REAL and The 250g Double REAL. Also have several Lee RB molds, they all work very well. (also lyman, rcbs, rapine, NEI, LBT, Ohause, and even a couple old Winchester Moulds) the 250 gr. real works well in several slow twist TC, Lyman, CVA rifles we have in the family, The 320 works well in several CVA and Knight Rifles. We also find the 370 gr. Maxi is slightly easier to load, and usually will have a very small accuracy advantage. Plain old white Crisco is used on all Conicles.

It is very important to cast your smokepole projectiles out of pure lead, I find that wheel weights are just a little to hard to obterate properly. If you use WWs for round balls, they will be hard enought to always give you pass threw, they may not deform and transferr all there energy to tissue.

Corey Midway charges $3 handling for any order under $25. I wen through the same theing the other day. I got some ML cleaning patches for something like $3.59 to cover the under $25.
As for the moulds - have you shot the REAL bullets out of any of your rifles?
Either of these moulds are good. I have several of the Lee moulds and have had them for years. They still serve me well.

I have shot them out of knight usak, just can't find the data right now on which weight did better. would help figure out which one to get. off the top of my mind, I think the 250gr did better. also remember I needed to try wads to see if I could get them better. little filler.
