Default Quick release ring question

First, let me start by saying my buddy (who got the Triumph) and I went shooting today (his gun). And, despite only having iron sights (his Nikon Prostaff isn't in yet), I can tell you that Triumph is a shooter...let very good!!!!

My question is what side of the rifle do you put the release arms on (like the release arms on Warne rings). Thanks in advance!

Normally I stick them on the right side of the rifle.

I put them on the left. Bottom line is you can put them on either side. Its just personal preferance.

My Warne QD are on the LHS as I holdd the rifle. I am a RH shooter, so I am use to a bolt on the RHS, just seemed logical to me that it should on the left, but I don't think it matters on a non-bolt rifle.
Best Wishes,
