Default smaller grain

If using T7 is there benefits in using the smaller grain powder?

I find in the inline rifles there is really no benefit. In traditional rifles the 3f lights a little easier. With inlines I normally get better accuracy with the 2f powder.

Don't forget that with an equivalent volume of 3F and 2F Triple Seven, the 3F(smaller grain) is going to have a higher pressure and higher velocity than the 2F. Also, it depends on you rifle. My inline shoots noticeably more accurate with the 3F than the 2F - but that's just an individual rifle's preference.

whyshould one or other 2f/3f shoot better than other.

like i use 2f in my hawkins flintlock, some use 3f ,i never tried 3f because it always said to use 2f .
