Default need a winter/off season project

Well, the season is over andI need something to do. Actually, I have shoulder surgery coming up, and that is pretty much going to stop me from doing any shooting, or anything else, for awhile. So I was kinda thinking about trying my hand at one of the percussion kits out there.

Any suggestions?

Why don't you order a Lancaster rifle from Jim Chambers and make it like George Brunner of Rowan County would have back in 1770???

Jim's website is www.flintlocks.com

JC sure does have some nice looking stuff. Unfortunately, all out of my price range. Since my disability will need to be extended, the price factor will have a lot to do with my choice. Lyman or Traditions look a little closer to reality for me.
