tc new englander parts

needing a few parts my my new englander.

I need an thimble and some screws for the ribs. I emailed tc's cs about it, two weeks before Christmas. they sent it, but it has been an month, nothing in the mail. any site I have not found what I am looking for.

I have emailed tc again for the same parts.

any site other then dixie and tow I could find the parts I need,

If I read this right.. T/C did send the part but it did not show up? I will guess if that is the case it was lost in transit in the holiday mail somewhere. Hope it all works out for you.
