Default How did this happen.

Last year I had 1 ML a winchester x150. All the ML I would ever need. Came across the X7 at bass pro shop one day. Figured I had to have it. Sold the X150 to buy the X7. Again all the ML I would ever need. Long story short Ive got 5 now.

Omega X7
CVA kodiak .45
NEF .50 thumbhole stock,26 incn barrel,Hubbards breechplug (BH209)
NEF .50 inch barrel ,Nice beater gun for the canoe hunts
Traditions .50 sidelock

The X7 is the only thing that left the house. this year

And you have only begun...

But, it is an Easy diagnosis... call Cayugad - he can explain the disease much better than I....

I owned a Renegade only for many years... then all of a sudden I started collecting. That was the downfall. But there are others that have more rifles then I do. Sabotloader has the most of anyone I know.

I have the disease too.[8D]I bought my first one last year at this time, and just today, I went and picked up my new Genesis. ( Havent even shot it yeat, and I already know that I am going to love it). I can see me owning many more ML's in the years to come.

I have a .50 Renegade and a .36 Cherokee for now. I have been fighting the in-line battle in my head. You guys are surely not a good influence on this disease I feel coming on.

Most guys that have multiple muzzleloaders view them as tools like hammers, now there are tack hammers, framing hammers, etc. So most guys justify the additional ML because it has sidelock ignition or FL ignition or will shoot 200 yrds, or is smokeless, or has an open breech or easy to clean or uses Discs or is 'very accurate'. Don't worry, you can't cure the disease, and it is no worse that a woman's having 50 pairs of shoes, one for every dress color she has. Anyway welcome to "Muzzleloader's Anonymous". Don't worrry as long as you employed or have lots of disposable income, your safe in this family. Chap
