Default Parker ballistics

Anyone use these? http://www.parkerproductionsinc.com/products.html they look like SWs but w/ a lead tip instead of plastic. My question is ,is the jacketed hydrocon actually lead tipped like the traditional . Is the traditonal as accurate as the hydrocon?

Thanks

I shot the Parker Ballistic Extremes.. and they are a great bullet. But I have never taken game with it. Many other people have taken game with them with good results.

The Parker Ballistic Extreme competes with the SW. The hydrocon competes with the Barnes Origonal and other Pointed Soft Point bullets. The Traditional have a hollow point. Are they as accurate, I think that would depend on the gun. Some traditional guns shoot them well, as for high charged inlines, I think you would be better off with the Ballistic Extreme or the Hydra Conn. All the Parker bullets are expensive, you can use Remington PT whatver and Traditions T Shock Polymer Tip and they are the same bullet and sabot that Parker sells for over $1 each.

In fact here is the link to the Bullet I used last yaer in my Savage:

Here is my shooting of the PBE:

Take a look at this article about the PBE:

I shot 8 deer with them last year. I like them OK, but they fragmented on 1 doe, so I didn't shoot them this year, went to a stronger Barnes Origonal 300g.

Shot this buck with them at about 50 or 60 yards, DRT

took like 1 step and the deer was running, so it does put em down fast. I like that about them. Excellent expansion.
