Cleaning supplies sort of depend upon what powder you are going to use. My first recommendations are always a good range rod and lots of cleaning patches.
You'll need Hoppe's #9 or similar good solvent if using BH209. You can get by with soap and water for most of the rest - just be sure everything is completely dry then give a coating of good protectorant such as Breakfree CLP, or RemOil, or Sheath (or whatever they call it now).
Straight baby bottle brushes will work on the barrel threads in a pinch, but be ready to expend some elbow grease. A good brush set augmented bytoothbrushes, toothpicks, q-tips, pipe cleaners, rags, and more sweat will all find a use. A good breech plug lube can do double duty to lube the firing pin insert (don't forget to clean there, it's easy on a Genesis). You'll need to collect a couple of small containers such as butter tubs to soak plugs and small parts, a bucket if you use hot water, and an undisturbed spot to do your cleaning.
