I know. I use some terms in there like URL and "selected text" and things like that which are "common" for those who know Windows and computing. However some folks are casual user, and don't know the terms. My wife for example doesn't know "Task bar" as a term, however if I say "the bar at the bottom where the Start button is", she knows what I mean then. Also some of you may be looking for a "Control-C" key, there is none, what that means is hold the CNTLkey down with your left hand, and then hit the C key. Control-C, that copies into the windows paste buffer. Control-v, that pastesin the whatever your cursor is pointing to. So I know exactly what you mean "just figured it out". I tried to be very comprehensive, but I know that I left out a few steps like "highlighting", if you don't know how to "highlight" text by holding your left mouse button down, and then dragging the mouse over the text, you need to buy the "Introduction to Windows" DVD from Video Professor, where he goes over all these terms. It will help you a lot.
