Default RE: working

When I had a job, and had to go to work, (that seems like a long time ago) It seemed I always ended up working most all the weekends and holidays for one reason or another. A lot of of Ivolunteered to do so for the money. The over time was nice of course, but the family sure suffered. Not only did I miss agathering with the in-laws , I worked a midnight 10:45-7:15 am shift, so even though I might not be working at dinner time, I normally was sleeping or walking dead (as the ex used to call it). I feel sorry for all of you that have to work on a holiday weekend. All I can say (like I used to tell myself) is I knew what I was getting into.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the hard working people that might have to work over the holiday. And all the others of course as well. Also I will take this opportunity to thank the forum members here for being some of the greatest people I ever had the pleasure to interact with. And to wish all of you a very safe, and happy Holiday Season.
