There are a number of Genesis owners on the forum. So far, the rifles have been working just fine and with excellent accuracy.

They also have a $20 off orders over $100 coupon so you can get it for $89. Well then it's like $12 something almost $13 for shipping so I think it was right around $103 total. Just thought I'd mention that so you knew you could get it. They also have free shipping but you can only use one or the other and the shipping is cheaper than $20 so it's better to use the $20 off. I saw the link to the coupon on their front page as well as an add on the page for the Remington Genesis although that add was changing.

That's a heck of a deal if you ask me. I been looking for a back-up to my prohunter; looks like I found one.

At that price I might order one.
Has any one had any luck shooting Blackhorn 209 in this gun

That's definitely a SWEET deal. Even though that rifle is on backorder right now. And if you're planning to take advantage of that rebate, you better do it quick. That deal is only good until the end of this month.

I have the blue/black version. Shoots very well for me. The gun is not of the highest quality, but for these prices you can't go wrong.

For a first gun or to try out MLing, I don't think you can go wrong with that price. Then if you like MLing, save up your money and buy a great rifle. However for the person who hunts 1 week per year with the MLer, honestly this is all they need. Most guns will outshoot our old eyes even with excellent high dollar scopes. Anyway the "born to hunt" crowd (you know who your are) will want to get a TC, Knight or Savage or CVA, but the hunt 1/year crowd will buy this rifle.
