Default TC service

Are there any tricks to getting TCs customer service to answer the phone? I have been trying for 4 days. I did get hold of the custom shop. The lady said they have trouble getting through to them also. All I want is a new lock screw and if possible pick up a spare lock!! Patty finally got an e-mail to send from where she works. I couldn't get one to go through!! Almost got POed enough to sell my TcS!! But not quite yet!! Gettin close though!! Modern technologyis getting to me!!

Easy there big boy!! Every gun relatedplace I've dealt with in the last week seems to be overloaded with orders. Called Powder Valley this morning and got a recording saying due to the backlog of orders they are not answering the phone at this time. The economy may be in the tank, but there sure seems to be a lot of cash being spent for sporting goods.

They may be having an IT issue, who knows until you talk to them.

I've never had an issue with their service. Hopefully a temporary thing.

I just found out that the e-mail Patty sent didn't go. I just tryed to send them one from thier website ; didn't take it. I am starting to get frustrated, to say the least. Glad I have more than 1 muzzy! MZ season here in s.mich starts in the a.m. I have probably spent an hr. total trying to get through on the phone. Won't even go to voice mail!!
