Default Time to start cleaning

Well I went out and shot off the load I had in my 45 for over 2 weeks. It went off without any problem punching a hole at 12:00 on a 2" dot about 1" high at 50 yds.
But I figured as long as I was going to have a muzzie to clean, I may as well make sure my two 50 cal flinters were on for the late season. Both put their groups right where they should be. Looks like I'll be spending at least the next hour or socleaning them all up. But I consider it a labor of love.

Default RE: Time to start cleaning

I know how you feel. I do a pretty good "range cleaning" when I'm finished shooting, with the expectation of a full break down cleaning at home the next day. But I always seem tohave a hard time getting going on the full cleaning. But once I do get started I kind of enjoy it.

Cleaning these rifles are all part of the game... glad to hear they were right on the money for you.
