Default CVA KODIAK PRO 45 LOADS

HELLO, ALL. NEW GUY HERE. I RECENTLY ACQUIRED A CVA KODIAK PRO IN 45. I HAVE HAD GOOD LUCK THUS FAR WITH 100GR BH209, AND HORNADY SST 200GR. I AM ALWAYS LOOKING FOR SOMETHING TO TINKER WITH OR IMPROVE. I HAVE 4 SHOTS TOUCHING AT 50 YARDS SO FAR, BUT ANY OTHER SUCCESSFUL LOADS OUT THERE?

Schlitz

You will also like the 200g 10mm/40cal XTP-using the same sabot and powder load as the SST you use now--MMP Tan 45/40 Tan sabot--MOA

The 300g Platinum PowerBelt and 60g of BH209, is perfect for smoking deer from 20-120 yards Knocks the crap out of them...Bang-Flop

The 195g PRBullet Dead Center 45/357 cal, and the 195-220g QT 45/40 cal are great with 100g of BH209 also--Sub MOA

This ought to keep ya busy for a while

I can concur with Lane on the 10mm XTP & 195 grain Dead centers - both shoot around 1.5" groups at 100 yards with my .45 CVA. I haven't had a chance to shoot the 300 grain PB Platinums or the QT's, but they seem like good options too. Buy a couple different of packs of these bullets and start tinkering!

Thanks for the suggestions all. I have some of the QT bullets in >40/180 but have not gotten around to testing them yet. Weather has been pretty bad here for about a week. Thanks again.
