Default Where is Semi?

He is suppose to be testing one of his new theories... a .410/210gr Gold Dot in a Harvester 'crush rib' - this to me could really be an interesting combination for everything from ground squirrels to really nice deer...

I hope they are accurate cause I know the velocity would be awesome...

Don't look now but I think he's sitting in the back row. He's lurking - waiting to pounce.

Problem is I am afraid he will come back with a whole new set of Semi -Laws or Theorums and often they are so darn accurate....scary...

OK can't wait any longer - I'm going for an afternoon hunt - it is raining but it has been so dry maybe they will move a bit....

sabotloader, I ordered 150 of the 50/40 crush rib last week and I was going to try the 410 GD tomorrow but they didn't have any at the store tonight. I'm going to shoot the 200g XTPs though. I don't know if I could get the 410's down but I sure was gonna try Hopefully Semi will try them and they won't work and it'll save me some money

What gun are you gonna use? If it is the one you are putting the .503's down - I am thinking that the 41 in CR will work... the other thing I am thinking about I'll bet those 41 will work in the White with a regualr MMP sabot.

I want to shoot them into some wet clay and see if they stay together even @ 22/2300 fps. - I am thinking they will...

Where did you order the new 50/40 sabots from.

Yeah I'd shoot them in the 700ML.I would be highly surprised if I could get them down the.502 Genesis.I sure wish I had a White to trythem in[&o] If I can get my hands on some I'm gonna try 'em.

I've only shot the XTPs for coyote and paper. I've never deer hunted with them but I've heard good reports of people using them for deer. I was thinking about working up a load to try for deer this year since I got some of the CR. I don't have a chrono, doyou think 110g 777 2f would get it up to 2300 fps? Do you think it'd come apart w/30-40 yard shots with it being pushed that hot?

BTW I talked to Allen at Harvester when I ordered the Crush Ribs. Extremly nice guy, he even threw in 10 or 12 of the 200g scorpions for me to try. Great company!
