Default Trad looking but functional hunting sights

I have an Austin & Halleck Mountain Rifle that I love, but my aging eyes just don't agree with the buckhorn and silver blade sights anymore. Can you guy's make a recommendation for a traditional looking sight that is easier to see and more functional for hunting? I've thought about peeps and ghost rings, but I really want to keep the traditional looks of the gun intact. Your thoughts are most appreciated!

RMC Sports makes a V peep that is somewhat like a peep sight but still traditional looking in nature. I do not have one, but have heard a lot of good things about them.

I got one on my PRB Renegade - I sure like it... can not adjust it as accurately or as easy as the normal TC sight - but it sure works good for me...

I have a T/C tang peep here at the house I do not use. It came off a Renegade. I just had too much trouble in the shadows with a peep sight.
