Default Pyrodex Pellets to Pyrodex RS

I obviously plan on shooting to find out, but what is a rough estimate of how much RS it takes to equal two .50 cal Pyrodex Pellets. The reason I am asking is Ihave (10) pellets left (5 shots), and I have two bottles of RS and I don't see the need to buy more pellets. My current deer hunting load is two pellets with a 300 gr. SW in my Omega and the 100 yard accuracy is great (for me). I know more accurate loads can be woked up with loose powder but I always liked the ease of loading the pellets.I have never reallyshot loose powder in my Omega yet.

They are great for loose powder

I would start at 90 grains and shoot loose. It might have to go up to 100 and you could push it that hard to see what happens...

iload two 50 grain pellets in my .50 Staghorn along with the .430 240 grain XTP bullet in the short black sabot. Two pellets shoot to the same point of impact as 100 grainsof loose RS in my gun. Got a lot of pellets cheap a couple of years ago. That's why i use them.
