Default Darn omega!

Made the mistake of taking the omega to the 100yrd line with 70gr pyrodex p and a 405gr powerbelt. First 2 shots were in the same hole and the third shot was less than a 1/4" away from the group. Now what the heck powder do i use? RS or Pyro P?!! Both shoot darn near the same

Also found out the hard way that my sand bucket was empty! I lined up the bullets path and found a big 405 in great shape! The soil was like clay and bullet held up perfectly. I am sure there is at least one more in there but my finger was way to short to get in there to dig it out. I'll get that one later on some time.

Going to swab and go back out with 100gr RS and the 275gr Parker Hydra Con sabots. This time i'll fill up my sand bucket!

Nope, my elk load currently is 80gr RS. 90-100gr RS is very doable with the 405. Recoil is another issue.
