Default man what a sight

me and my wife was coming home from seeing some friends.

saw a doe, yearling and an fawn. they where about 5 to 10 yrds from the driver side of the car. my wife start calling them.

the doe did not even looked spooked.

too bad that will all change when hunting season starts.

Default RE: man what a sight

Yea, I've had a similar experience in the woods this year, I came upon my favorite hunting spot and seen a doe with two fawns just look at me as if to say "can I help you?" I slowly walked back out and let them be. It still was an awesome site. They seem to sense when it's time to be on alert when the season comes close. When it turns cold they know it's time to hide. The deer here in MO still have their summer coats on (light brown) and its still in the high 90's here. Bow season starts September 15th and it's coming fast.
