I went and checked mail today and got a huge supply of sabots and such from Corey! And then to top it off, i open up my PO box and there are my Powerbelts in there!

It was an early christmas.
I got home, ran a windex patch down the Omegas bore, Loaded 80 grains Pyrodex P, a 240 grain Cheap Shot. 50 yards, far to the right and 5" high and i made 20 clicks to the left, Made some adjustments until i was 3 inches high @ 50 yards. Second + Shots were gone with the 348 grain Powerbelt Aerotip with 80 grains Pyrodex P. I really liked what i was seeing! After i got it close to where i want it, i went and set up my 71 yard bench and shot and tested more 348's and wrote down all my info for later.
Swabbed the bore clean * 9 shots and 2 patches, both sides" Switched my primer from the CCI to the Remington Kleanbore 209 primer. Loaded 70 grains Pyrodex P and a 295 grain Powerbelt. Holy smokes was it shootin! I plan on trying the Winchester 777 primer tomorrow with the 348 @ 100 yards should the weather hold.
The rifle is just doing Powerbelts like it was born and raised on them!
Also, When i was first shooting the maxiballs out of the rifle, i kept getting horrible fouling the last 5 to 6 inches down the bore. I experienced None of that today with the Powerbelts! It was the lube on the maxiballs causing the fouling.
So far i have an elk load and a deer load all figured out! And accurate to!
If i dont shoot tomorrow, I'll be filling up a pillow case with sand and putting it on my shooting bench. That darn cheap Shoot N clean rest is not steady at all!
