Default @@Knight SuperDome Breech Plug-- BH209 Conversion!!@@

Just figured this out! The SuperDome or the Part# 900043

http://www.knightrifles.com/productdetail.aspx?id=900043

Just get the drill bit that just fits inside the nipple mouth. Then drill out the nipple end towards the breech face, about 1 and 1/8 inches, or exactly 3 centimeters.

Do Not Drill Past the Breech Plug un-threaded, smooth shiny, Neck

Then you will have a BH209 ready breech plug, that lignite's every time

When you use NEW Red FPJ, there is no hang fires OR Blowback

Mine works perfectly! And allows me to use the Red Plastic Jackets if I want to!!! [8D][8D][8D]

So, what does this mean for us guys with the KRB and that domed breech plug? Would the same thing work?

[If it's the same Part# 900043 it sure will. I went to the Knight site and could not find any that said they were Specifically for the KRB[&:]

I shouldn't be the same part because the one for the KRB is set up to accept a 209 primer without the plastic jacket. But the powder end looks the same (domed) I think? Hard to tell for sure with that one picture.

I have a Knight Disc (the Orange origonal not the red one), to use BH, I would have to covert the Origonal Disc to the red Disc and buy this breech plug, right? Or does this beech plug come with the Origonal Disc to Red disc conversion. I forget what FPJ means, can you write out what that means.
Thank You,
Chap

I think that means Full plastic jacket? Never used one, so I am not sure.

OK, yes, makes sense. My son has a 50 cal disc and it uses the big red plastic disc, did not know that they considered it a "full plastic jacket" with the end exposed.
Thanks Chap
