Default Traditions Accelerator Speed Breech

anyone know if this breech plug is interchangable with the Pursuit Pro? it would be nice to have a breech plug that i don't need a wrench for. this breech plug comes standard on the newer Traditions Pursuit II XLT

Default RE: Traditions Accelerator Speed Breech

Nope !!

The barrel isnot the same and you can see the speed breach plug on the end of the barrel when closed .
I don't care for the speed breach plugs . It on takes a minute to remove the old style . Plus your gun looks better. Plus when i use Teflon tape on the threads , it comes out spotless and the tape in the front seals the plug . I had a Tradition Pursuit pro , very nice gun and it was a nail driver .

You will see in the adress below that the Speed breach is exsposed when the gun is closed , where the other breach plugs are flush with the end of the barrel .
