Default Triumph Scope Ring Height

Got a good deal on a used Triumph and I want to put Warne mounts and rings on it. My Omega has Warne's but I forgot what ring height I bought, I believe high. The scope I'm going to use for the Triumph is a Simmons 3.5 x 10 with a 40mm obj. This scope use to be on my rarely used 444 marlin. I'm thinking possibly medium or probably high? The break open feature of the Triumph will probably make a lower scope mount possible.
