At least when it is hot and humid like this, you can almost hear the corn grow...

The air conditioner when out on the tractor????? What ever happened to sitting out there on an open seat, in the heat, rain and snow? Air conditioner went out on the tractor. Next you will be telling us the stereo radio could not get in your favorite country music station...

Are you digging them post holes by hand or do you have a power auger for that too...

You need to take a week off and shoot them rifles of yours before you go nuts.

Dave,

Yep,air conditioner...Radio don't work-darn it all...It gets really hot in the cab....

And,yep an auger on the small tractor as well....Your right about getting out
there and do some shooting...But I also have about 10 cord to get split if I can..
I like to get the wood done before the end of July if possible...

Good to hear from you again and you to Corey...Be back later...

I have a chance to pick up ten pulp cord of oak from a friend. While I have all of this years split, I think I might do it. Then I'd have three years worth of wood on the property.

We thought we were in hog heaven when the walkman radio came out. Something to listen to other then that tractor noise when raking hay or bailing. Never had no air conditioner and never had a cab to sit in. We just wore out carharts in the winter and our cutoffs in the summer...

I am glad to see someone that ambitious willing to do all that work. Better you then me..

And if you ever plowed in dusty red soil you'd know where the term "redneck" comes from.

You guys are really making me nervous with all that "WORK" talk.

Being retired I don't talk about that stuff anymore. Too busy shooting, fishing, galfing and hunting!!!
