Default GM barrel / Williams sights - GOT IT!

Got my GM LRH barrel complete with Williams sights and the first range session the front fiber optic strand broke. Looked up Willaimas phone # this AM & called. They weren't intrested in how it broke, but they wanted to be sure the rings that hold it weren't damaged. I tried to explain it broke inside the center ring, and he told me he wasn't concerned with how it got broken (whether it was my fault or damaged somewhere in shipping), he was concerned with being certain the replacement would fit fit no problems. I told him it would go in the rings fine and he said he would have enough material to replace it and have a spare on hand at my mailbox within 4 - 5 days!
Thats the kind of customer service I like!!!!!!!!!

I'm glad I live so near Williams. If I lived in the UPPER and they were there we would be almost like next door neighbors.
I have bought several guns from them both new and used, center fire and Muzzle loaders. They have always asured me that they wanted me to be happy with the sale.I don't care for their range as you have to carry all your stuff thru part of the store, And the store it seems is alway busy.
During ML season they are cheaper to buy T7 from than even Wallys World.
Just great people.

Al

im gald you had better luck with them than i did. i got a set of fire sights for my optima pro and the rear sight sits lower on the barrel and i ran out of adjustment on the sight. 3" low at 25 yards and no more adjustment. i called them yesterday and the guy told me the front sight was to high and there was nothing they could do because the gun manufactures are changing things all the time. he said he would send me a lower front sight for $45+sh.i already paid $35 for the fire sights.i told him to forget it so i found an old plastic rear sight i had and put it on. now i have a new rear sight i have nothing to do with.im not happy with there customer service.
