Default pic. of my old double 10 gauge....

Rebuilt this old timer. It was my great granddads an in need of repair..
I made a new hinge pin for it.It was really loose..Had to rebuild the stock.
It was all rotten inside and the triggers would not lock back..Made one
new fireing pin as well..2 5/8 in black powder shells is what I use in it..
Dad never got to hear it bark again, but he may have after all..It is
really loud...

That's really cool... A very nice weapon there. Especially when they are so full of memories.. Nice job there..

Thanks Dave,

I put a lot of time in that old beast..I cut all the wood rot out
and rebuilt it with fiber glass..It on the inside so you can't see
it.You can also see where I had to extend the tang on it..

It is pretty solid now.It is heavy to..I just wish Dad had got to see
it back together again..I don't shoot it a lot, only once in a while.
Been tempted to take it rabbit hunting one more time...
