Default Arizona NMLRA

Well the Arizona NMLRA (National Muzzle Loading Rifle Association) is currently holding their annual festival at the range a few miles from me-Ben Avery.

I was hoping to get a bunch of pictures and post them. Unfortunately this week the allmighty decided to bless us with rain! Normally when it rains here it is practically cause for celebration. But I can tell you I heard a lot of grumbling from the vendors

I did get two post-worthy pictures. There was a trailer where gun makers displayed their work. Keep in mind this place is sidelock heaven:

I also came across this beauty, a double barrel fowler in what looked like a 16 guage:

The NMLRA will be there until Saturday. Hopefully by then the rain will have stopped. So I will try and get some more pictures.

Wow, the engraving on that side by side is beautiful. Gotta wipe the drool off the keyboard now.

McAwful: yea your not kidding!!

Here is another view of it. Sorry it is kind of dark. The guy responsible for watching the guns was on me like white on rice...imagine that!
