I used to have a springer spaniel that would climb trees, ladders, about anything with a slight incline. I finally had to train her to stop as I got tired of climbing up after her to carry her down. I never saw a fox do that though.. excellent picture.

I had a half coyote and half Husky dog that could climb almost like a cat. She could run down the top of a wood slat fence chasing cats. Probably the greatest dog I have had yet and I have had a bunch of them. Not surprised to see the fox up in the tree. Great picture however.

Never saw a red fox climb, but grays will often climb trees. Can't see the tip of it's tail to be 100% sure of which it is (a red fox will have a white tip - a gray will have a black tip).

Buddy here in Ohio of mine has problems with groundhogs climbing in his apple trees and doing damage.
