Default Rusty Duck

Anybody use rusty duck black off and what do you think of it. Just picked up 3 bottles for 2.00 apiece. Kerry

It works real good. It does remove solvent well. I use it all the time when I want to just swab out a barrel.

Let me guess, you were at Wal Mart???

Me tooBoughtanother bottle. I use the stuff, I have a jar of the patches soaked in the stuff too. When I run low on the patches I just drop in some more in and add a little fluid, great for the bore and wipeing the gunk off the outside too. Smells like window cleaner but I have not tried it on glass, yet.

Yeah- at Wally. Had 2 bottles of Pyro RS for 7$.Bought them also. # bottles of T7 left but still at 21$ a bottle. Left those on the shelf yet.

Window cleaner does the swabbing job just as well & dries the bore faster. Isoprophyl rubbingalcohol works even better. I prefer a 50-50 mix of both - in a small car scent-type spray bottle. Both arevery inexpensive to use.

It works good, and is affordable at the end of the year Of course, there's a huge list of stuff you can soak a patch with and clean your muzzleloader bore with
