Breathe deeply, lay your hands on a muzzleloader and hum, "boooooooommmmm" slowly and almost under your breath.
If that doesn't help, ditch the list and go to the range. She'll understand. It's for your mental health.
I find muzzloading quite therapeutic.

When I used to get them honey-do-lists I found an excellent way to get things done that I wanted to... I added to the list. I would add, # go to the range, or # go fishing.. then it was a matter ofdoing things on the list. No one told me which list itemI had to do first. I even crossed off the things I completed, like shooting and fishing. Then when the screaming started, I had the list to show I did get some things done. After all who said, she was the only one that could add to the list. Although I am not married anymore...[:-]

Now in all seriousness, marriage is a give and take. Do the list and then get your stuff done. You will have a much more peaceful household. Although they should understand that you also have to have some free time as well....

Good luck with your list.
