If you want to shoot smokeless, go Savage. Otherwise, the T/C is better.

If you can shoot smokless and sabots, Savage.

The deal with savage is, If you live in a state that requires blackpowder and conicals, there isnt much info on how well the savage performs with blackpowder/conicals.

What are your state rules that you have to go by?

advantage with savage and smokless powder, you can treat it like your centerfire, dont have to clean it after every use. I personally dont like it due to the fact that its just a slow loading centerfire.

Without the smoke and smell, what fun would it be?
