Default 360 grain Minies

Anyone have any experience with these? I am going to try them in my T/C New Englander next time out along with several other projectiles. If I used them for hunting, it would be fore WTs.

They shoot well in a lot of rifles. My NewEnglander does fairly well with them, but there are other bullets it likes a lot better.

I've not had a lot of luck with them ... accuracy wise. But that is not saying they will not work for you. I have a mold for them and have tried them in a lot of rifles..

cherokee75, the Minies were designed for civil war muskets to speed up loading, they were very conservative of powder then, they shot quite well for me out of a BrownBess musket but only with 60 or 65 grs of powder. Its a guess but I dont think the skirt will stand up to any more powder than that. Lee
