Default Anyone familiar with I.A.B.?

I.A.B. srl is an Italian company that makesseveralSharps rifle kits. Owned by the Pedretti family.
Any of you familiar with this companies products?
Quality O.K.?
How in the world would you get one? No apparent U.S. distributors.
What kind of price range?

I seen a couple of sharps made by them :Save your money they are a low endpoor quality gun

I don't have $1,000 + to drop on one right now . . . but looks like I'd be smart to save up and "shoot" for a better made one.
