How long does pyrodex and 777 last? Wal-mart is having a clearance for $16.00 a bottle. I was wondering how long it would last unopened...

Properly stored it will last for at least ten years.

I read on another forum of a guy who has a case of BP and is shooting it after 20 years, so a long time if it is closed and controlled humidity. Chap

Powder.. just do not open it out of curiosity and it will still be fine many many years down the road. If you have any doubts, vacuum seal it.
