Im not familiar with that reticle SL but I do know the prices are usually hard to beat on Ebay. I have 3 of them on regular rifles.

That's an interesting scope... but for someone that never hardly ever shoots 100 yards, the application of it is rather mute. But I could see where that would be a nice scope on a muzzleloader if there was a need for distance shooting.

I have one (BDC) on my .308 barrel for the Encore. Its on a Nikon Monarch 5.5-16.5 BDC reticle, I use it for coyotes (not a fur keeper) this summer I was shooting crows at 200-330yards. The reticle works great for known yardages.
