[:@][:@][:@][:@] UPS has now lost a customer, they have fudged me over one to damn many times. My new GPR was sent back to the shipper! I call ups they look it up, check out the address, 100% correct! The lady i talked to is filing a complaint and looking into the matter to find out why they did not deliver my package. It made it as far as denver before they sent it back! This piss poor company has screwed me over so many times already I am sick of them. Cant wait till they try to get me or the shipper to try and pay postage on it again! Its not going to happen! UPS fudged up the shipment, They WILL be picking up the tab for their screw up.
Keep everyone up to date on this. She said she'll be calling me back within the hour.
I am sorry to hear of your problems. I am lucky in that the UPS delivery person for me is great. In fact I demand that things be shipped UPS. He even has cookies for my dog..
The Federal Express is another thing. I had him pull in the driveway (while I watched) turn around and leave with my package. When I called to ask what was going on they told me.. according to his computer it said I was not home. I told them that would be hard to guess since I watched him come in, turn around, and then leave. One other time he brought me some special barbecue sauce I order. It is excellent stuff in glass bottles. Well he went into the garage, and left iton a work bench, no note on the door, nothing. It was -12ºF that day. Needless to say, the stuff froze sold, broke the bottles, and was a mess. So if I order something and they tell me they ship Federal Express.. I tell them no thanks. You either ship it UPS or keep it.
The United States Postal Service does real good for me, but their package tracking system stinks. And of all the express companies, they take for ever to get anything to you.
Maybe the Good Rifle Fairy decided you have too many guns and sent the rifle back so you would not become addicted to gun. All joking aside, I hope they get you all straightened out real soon.

drivers around here arnt worth a chit. You wouldnt believe the stories ive heard from locals around here. UPS drivers throwing their packages over their gates and leaving. Leaving packages at the post office " Which they are not allowed to do" Drivers leaving packages out by their cars when its raining/snowing. UPS does need to get their act straight. I plan on calling a email UPS as soon as this ordeal is taken care of.
I don't like UPS much myself, they've sent my packages to the wrong houses around here so many times, that most everyone int eh city knows where I shop online now (Thank god my priest hasn't received my "special' packages....yet...)
For the most part they take care of the problems as best as possible, but when you are anticipating something one day, and they have to go back out, pick it up and re-deliver to you much later, it's depressing. If it's something that is mandatory I have within a specific time frame with no screwup, I demand DHL
Got off the phone with UPS. she said some one in missouri had their head up their arse and marked the package wrong and once it got to denver, they sent it back to Florida[:@]. Shes going to fax me papers so i'll have proof, i'll call ups's 800 number in the morning and see what they are going to do about shipping costs. Even she didnt understand how they could screw it up so bad. Must have been one them illegal aliens running the packages through the scanner. Man what a friggin mess. No more dealing with this company ever again. I should have had the gun on the 5th! Now its going to be an even long wait. But! Seeing how they screwed up so bad, im going to request Next Day delivery. Thats the least they could do for me.
The guy that delivers to us is pretty good, been here four out of the last five days. He came by today and I was walking out of the woods across the street as he was walking back to his truck. Even asked me about the muzzleloader I was carrying, which he delivered two days ago.

Do they scedule your residential deliveries in the evening? They do here and we have same route delivery person time after time,which is great,UPS comes down my street it's for me or neighbor 2 doors down!They put it at the front door,ring and gone if garage is closed and truck is here,if garage is open they put it in there for me! I can hear them pull up and leave with the quota and scdule they have to maintain...they haul tail leaving out.Never had any problem...so far...knockon wood!

The guy that shipped the rifle also never had any problems with UPS until now. Its amazing the horror stories with this company.
So far this year ive seen 6 different faces driving the truck. Remember when i first bought my second staghorn and the driver supposedly broke down and couldnt make the delivery and then the lady who took my package skunked me for 5 days before calling me and finally getting me my package? Yeah i can keep going on with the chit they've put me through.
UPS DOES IT AGAIN!
All joking aside, I hope they get you all straightened out real soon.
