I've got one for my traditional muzzleloader because I let one of my friends borrow the gun and he double loaded it. They work pretty well. Cant remember what brand i got though

its nice to have in a pinch especially at the range. it doesnt always blow out eveything in the barrel in my experience. after you use it i would still do a complete cleaning.

With an inline rifle it is not really all that necessary since you can remove the breech plug and push the load out. But with a Traditional rifle I could see their value. Although I still bolster prime a traditional and shoot any obstruction out the muzzle end of the barrel 99.9% of the time.
