me, my bother in law, and his son, went to the rifle range today, we all had a good day, first me and bother in law spent an hour sighting in the young one's cva wolf, his first shot, first time he ever fires it, BULLS EYE at 50 yrds, and dead center and 3 in high at 100 yrs (295 gr powerbelt, 2 pellets), with his 20ga mossburg shotgun open sights, hits and groups at 50 yrds. bother in law gets a 1.5" group just 1" maybe 2" to the right and 2" high of the aim point at 50 yrds (295 gr powerbelt, 2 pellets) and he wants it better. he could not get any good with is 44mag marlin, I was working on groups about less then an 1" at 50 yrds first with (hunting sit up) 240 gr xpt with mag express sabot with 85 grs of pyrodex p until my bother in law shot my target to try to sight his cva wolf (placed the shot right in my shot group). and had a less then 3" group with 245 gr powerbelts, 85 gr of pyrodex p (3"high and 3" right of center ) had one that broke my heart and hey high at 100 yrds (did not try groups today)2 shot groupgot 2 rounds of my 30-06 group while sighting in at 6" high of dead center at 50yrds. my bother in law took all but on target home with him, I just got my powerbelt target[:@]
