What sabots?

I've got a Knight DISC .50 and only have a couple dozen 265 gr. Swift A-Frame sabots left. I'll be looking for another sabot slug soon, any tips on which one is the best? I shoot 100 gr. of Pyrodex pellets (2 50 gr. pellets).

Obviously, I know to test and resight, but what shoots well andis a good hunting sabot for VA whitetail? Thanks!

I never shot the Swift A frame bullets out of my Disc. I do shoot Shockwaves and Barnes Expanders in 250 and 300 grain. I normally shoot them with 100 grains of Pyrodex RS loose powder. They would sure do a number on a White tail for you if they are accurate out of your rifle as well.

I shoot a Knight Disc and I use a Harvester Crushed Rib sabot with it. If your 265g A-Frame is a .451 or .452 diameter bullet the Harvester will work well in your Knight Disc, they are here:

if your 265g A-Frame are .458 then your going to need an MMP Sabot from MMPSabots.com, the "Orange Sabot" is what you need. Chap Gleason
