Watch out for this place! I went to order a breechplug and they tried charging me $9.64 for shipping! This shouldnt even cost more than $4 to ship!
More rape on shipping IMO.

Now i'll just order one off cabelas.

Shipping fees are getting crazy lately. Then they want to throw in a handling charge. The other day I had an on line order I was making up for about $25.00 and when they showed me the shipping was going to be $12.45 I cancelled it. I refuse to pay that much. I think a lot of these merchants on line are getting lazy. They have a contract with a shipper and refuse to look for ways to save their customers money. In the long run it will cut their own throats as I will keep buying locally when ever possible.

Maybe we need to start a thread about all the merchants out there that have treated the online people like us badly. There are a lot of incidents. And if we bring them to the attention of the rest of the members, perhaps we can help other avoid the same pit falls we have experienced.

I noticed that to I am paying 8.24 for shipping for a bunch of crush rib sabots from a major co. most of us deal with and I never seen any thing like that before. Lee
P.S. I wish MMP would come out with some thing that duplicates that wall thickness I can drive to there place of business in and hour or less. Lee

i went and placed an order on a rifle and the shipping was cheaper than what they wanted for the breech plug!

$9.33 to ship an 8 lb rifle VS $9.64 to ship maybe a 3oz breech plug [:@]

I have dealt with R &R several times the more you spend the cheaper the shipping. Makes no sense.

True; I just received a stainless Knight KRB7 from them $301 delivered. Shipping was less than $12. In my opinion they are great!! Rifle came double boxed and in great shape. I don't understand the high cost for a small item. Although I just had a White breechplug lost in the mail due to packaging that apparently could not withstand USPS handling (lost a bolt and breechplug never to be found) so maybe higher handling fees may be justified if they package properly.
