Default CVA Stock

Does anyone know a anywhere that makes a heavier wooded stock for
theCVA Magbolt 150 or the CVAMaghunter 45. Have both but the stocks are in bad shape. Was looking to add alittle weight to the Magboltto lighten the recoil.

Its not a wood stock but the only thing i can think of is a solid stock from a winchester x-150. It should fit the barrel if it has the 2 barrel lugs.

Not sure about the Maghunter but the Magbolt only has 1 barrel lug. You might want to try adding some weight to the butt stock. If I remember right you can remove the recoil pad/butt plate and pack a baggie or sock with about a pound +/- of shot in there, then fill in with other material to keep it in place. Another option is to see if you can get a limbsaver recoil pad for it to help with the recoil. Good luck.

That is exactly what i did to my Firebolt.... I laid a chunk of saran wrap out on the work bench poured in a batch of 7 1/2 shot - then squirted a bunch of silicone caulk from a culk gun in on the bb's closed the saran wrap worked the bb's into the silcone - put that in a produce plastic bag wire tied it off - cut the excess bag off - put the whole wrap and the contents in the stock - let it all dry and was able to pull back out later when I sold the gun.
