Default platinum tip bullets

just got done reading an article on the winchester platinum tips mz bullets. anyone shoot them? I've used them in the handgun .454, .44 and like the design. never shoot the mz though.

I am sure! this is a better bullet than the Speer Gold, but the design is about the same....

I used to shoot the 260 Platinum tips a lot before they got discontinued in spring of 2006. A better bullet on game you will not find. It really does a number on deer and guy I know took a hog or two with them too.I find it odd that Winchester has them listed on their site unless they brought them back. If they did I'll have to see if I can find a dealer that will give a better price. 28.06/30 seems pretty steep. I used to get them for 15/30 when they were in production.
