Default Update on Renegade

I sent my Renegade to TC to have the lock fixed. They also said they would look at the barrel and inspect everything. We just got a call yesterday. They said that they lapped my barrel and it is shooting fine. They also replaced the lock. The guy said when he was cheking it over he noticed some hair line cracks in the stock. They are replacing that to. I should have it back in about 3-4 weeks with a new lock, new stock, and a "refreshed" barrel!

I cant wait to see how the barrel shoots now that it has been lapped. I also cant wait to see how my 58cal GM shoots. Track doese not have them in stock but I am going to order oneby the end of themonth since it is free shipping in May.

Hmmm Lock, stock n' Barrel, cant ask fer more than that...

Last time I dealt with T/C on my old Hawken ( vintage '76) in ~95 I was sorta expecting having to pay for the part(s) . Gave them a jingle and all they wanted was the year and where to ship it part. Their service has always gotten a gold star in my book...
