So is it duel .50's? Or is it m/l shotgun? It looks interesting, but wouldnt do me much good in the state that I live it.

$1600! I will hit with the first shot and leave the 2nd shot in my pocket for that price. I thought MLing was about 1 shot kills?

Pretty rifle. Everything about the two barrels and 12.5 lbs weight tells me that this is intended for dangerous game. Isn't a whitetail rifle. I would bet that this rifle is designed to shoot 444 grain and the Steel tip DG powerbelts. The 12.5 lbs is intended to soften recoil of these dangerous game loads.

No I never have even seen one till now!
I don't think many states will allow mutishot BP rifles or pistols. While the idea is cool, I think the schnabel forend looks out of place. I rather see a SXS like the high end rifles. The ramrod is to the side by the looks of the pic!
Interesting...

Ever hear of the kodiak? thats a double barrel rifle made for african game, so maybe thing one is also? As for the one shot challenge, does adding a scope to your blackpowder take away that advantage? Or maybe even using pellet powder?
