Default Loose stock on optima

My stock is loose on my cva optima. I have took the recoil pad off to look at it. It looks to have a smooth round nut that is really hard to get to. Has anyone had to tighten it, and how did you do it.

It takes either a real long screw driver or an extension on a socket
