Default TC Triumph!

I just got back from the 2007 Shot Show in Orlando, FL and had the chance to see and handle the new TC Triumph. Pretty neat piece. It has the NEW speed breech XT. Overall the most innovative BP rifle design yet I have seen.. That speed breech has three gas compression rings like a car piston to prevent gases from getting to the two sets of opposed threads in the barrel. A 90 degree turn is all that is required to remove it. The breech removal is done by hand, no tools required as the breech plug is knurled so your fingers don't slip. Since this is a break open rifle the breech plug must be fully engaged before the breech can be closed. The trigger guard has a similarlook as the Omega's. The whole breech assembly has 4 moving parts.Just too much to expalin w/o looking @ the 2007 catalog #34.
One other major thing. TC has a new bolt action high grade bolt action rifle called the Icon. Chambered in the new 30TC, 308, 243 and 22-250. Very cool piece too. Has two weaver integral bases like the sigg rifles, 60 degree bolt, bedding block, CNC machined reciever, removeable mag, and a walnut stock.

Looking forward for more info and price on the Triumph. I was considering buying a new Knight ML until I saw an advertisement about the TC Triumph.

I want a Triumphwith a thumbhole stock. I'd buy one today if it were available.

Do you think that will become a possibility this year or will I be waiting a while?

Thanks for the info. Any word or any way to find out if they will offer a thumbhole stock soon? I was hoping the Omega thumbhole stock would be interchangeable, but that doesn't look to be the case.

Any info would be great!

Thanks again!

nstrut,
I doubt there will be a thumbhole anytime soon as I'm sure they need to recoup some productiion costs first, but it would be a good add on @ a later date.
I'm sure @ some point there will be one.
I just got the pricing today as we have been too buzy to look it over.
