I just got a SS/black Winchester Apex from Cabelas. It arrived by UPS today. When I opened the package , the tool accessory kit was missing. Other than the the allen wrench to take the screws out of the barrel and breech plug wrench what else was in there? I called customer service and they want me to ship everything back to them but the whole ordeal will probably take a couple weeks to get done. I think I have a least 5 allen sets and all the wrenches I need to disassemble and reassmble any gun made. The lady at Cabela's mentioned a capper/de-capper that comes with the gun, but they sell cappers for less then $10 on their website. Is there anything in that package that I have to have that can't come from somewhere else. I really don't want to send it back only to get another robbed replacement and waste all the time. Any answers are appreciated.
everything can come from some where else... as for the capper/de capper I do not know what the one for the Winchester looks like.

My kit was opened. It also includes the BP wrench and handle that you have to have, and some plastic screws to fill the scope mount taps if you do not scope it. That's all I know about as mine was opened.
Yeah, you can buy everything somewhere else for next to nothing. I would get a breech plug wrench and allen wrench set and you'll be fine. don't return it just çause you didn't get that stuff. That's simple to replace and nothing special.

Besides the Breech Plug Wrench and the capper/de-capper, there are 2 allen wrenches in the kit. One for the stock and one for the sight adjustments. If yours is scoped, its no big deal. If you're using the open sights, you'll need the other allen wrench. It is very small. My basic allen wrench set in my tool box did not have one that small but I'm sure a hardware store would have it. You're looking at something less than 1mm. I don't know the exact size so you'll need to experiment somehow.
The capper/decapper looks like a long flat piece of dark steel with a fork in one end for decapping and a open-ended botton on the other end for capping. Maybe this is a universal design shape. I don't have enough experience to know if the winchester tool is any better than one you can pick up somewhere else on short notice.
