Hey all, I went out on my first muzzy hunt tonight! I was like a little kid in a candy store! It snowed 12" over night and stopped around 1:00pm. Sun came out and I said to he!! with the snow blower and headed to the woods! I got settled in with about 2.5 hours of legal hunting light. I was hunting a trail that crosses a road and then heads to the big field. Slow for the first hour then I noticed some movement on the other side of the road, it's a buck with a couple of Does. I watch them for a while then they start to cross the road. I hear a horn start beeping, the deer don't cross! Then they again start to cross the road and i was like here we go!!!!! Well then a pick up truck pulls up and stops to look at the deer, they run off and I was bummed! But this was my first time with My Lyman GPR in the woods and was stoked! I have 4 more days to hunt with the Muzzleloader here in Wisconsin then up to my property in Northern Michigan! I can't wait till the morning!!!!!!!!! Just thought I would share my excitement, thanks for listening!!!! Good luck!
