Default Sabots

Getting ready to place an order to Cabala's and was wondering if anyone knows if the 50 cal.mmp High pressure sabots theysellare the same as the mmp hph-24 sabots that I was advised to use with the .452 Speer Gold Dots. Just trying to save on shipping if they are one and the same. Thanks

I looked at Cabelas - I could not find a way to tell which sabot they were... If I had to guess I would bet they are 12's. You do need the 24's for the Remington...

To be sure you might go to:

http://www.mmpsabots.com/

and order directly from them... the prices are higher but that includes shipping. You could ask Connie if she knows which sabot Cabelas has - if Del is there he will know for sure.

Another suggestion get one package of the 3 petal EZ loads from MMP - they load the second hurry up shot excellently.

they used to cut you a deal if you ordered more then three or four bags at a time... which was never a problem.

Cabelas are HPH-12.

While there at Cabelas.com, try the Harvesters too. For your 452s, I would try the Harvester Crush Ribs. I had excelolent accuracy using the 230 grain Gold Dots with the Harvesters.
