I called the numbers posted here - ordered 8 lbs - sent a check and they shipped direct - 1st call to delivery was maybe 10 days. Small company with a couple guys (I think) doing it all.
Only tried it in one of my Whites so far - it has a home with that one. Clean and great accuracy.
I actually was shooting the 496/.504 Bullshop conicals, 70 grns powder, 1/8" wad in my White Ultra Mag - 28" barrel.
Final 3 shot group was 2" at 100 yds.
Its my load now for this one.
Recoil felt a little softer then T7 w/460 conical.
EASY cleanup.
BM3 is supposed to be a slower burner - going to try it in the shorter Whitetail if the weather ever co-ops.
Black Mag'3 is slower than 777. It usually performs better in the longer barrel rifles. My Omega loves the stuff. I actually get higher velocity and less felt recoil than similar loads of 777. I hope the direct order numbers are working. The people at Magkor told me that they would be. It is a relatively small company with few employees that have had trouble with some of the distributors which is why they went to customer direct order.

Forgot to mention not a sign of the 777 crud ring that turned me off on that powder. I can shoot multiple rounds of BM3 without a swab in my Omega. One shot of 777 required a brass brush to clean out the crud ring.
I agree with ML Keith, it is VERY clean and shoots 200 to 300 fps than 777, with less felt recoil. Where I differ is that I couldn't get it to shoot a good group with my Omega. Just goes to show that every gun is differen't.
